My Workout Routine

Hi guys! A lot of you have been asking about my fitness routine, so today I'm excited to share my training sessions, how I structure them, and some general tips that I find helpful. As someone who has been dedicated to fitness for years, I have developed a routine that works great for me, and I hope it can inspire you too. So, let's dive in!

I split my workouts into three categories: strength training, cardio sessions, and high-intensity sessions.

  • One day for back and biceps.

  • One day for an upper-body session to save time.

One day is dedicated to a cardio session, either a hike or a run. One day is for a high-intensity class, usually in a group setting like CrossFit, which I find really fun.

Chapter 3: Additional Tips and Routine Details

I structure my strength sessions to ensure enough rest between them. For example, I do not do lower body sessions back-to-back. I might do a lower body session, then a back session, then a shoulder session, and so on.

Cardio sessions are scheduled based on my weekly plans. Sometimes I do them in between strength sessions or on the weekends, depending on my schedule.

Prioritizing sleep is crucial. I try to go to bed at the same time every night so my body gets used to a consistent sleep schedule.

I used to train fasted, but I found my performance is better when I have something to fuel my body in the morning, like a shake or coffee and shake.
